shitty35mm started back in January 2018 when I bought myself a film camera and quickly discovered that the majority of photos that were developed didn't turn out exactly how I expected - sometimes for the better, most times for the worst.

There were elements about these images that I liked and I came to appreciate their candid nature in a collective sense. The shitty35mm Instagram was born out of a desire to share this attitude toward film, and to see what other total shit people were coming up with.
