Ashbury is a residential community that exists as a part of the Armstrong Creek precint, just 15 minutes from Geelong CBD.
The brand refresh aimed to emphasise their premium land offering and the abundance of surrounding nature reserves.
Their new positioning statement 'Everything is in place', along with photography of the local area, communicates the benefit of purchasing land within an established community.
